This is a special project strengthening ties between the people of Ukraine and Hong Kong, a point of pride for our team.
Founded in 2017, FHKC became a platform uniting participants of Ukraine’s Revolution of Dignity (2013–14) and Hong Kong’s Umbrella Revolution (2014) and Water Revolution (2019–20). Through this project, we expose crimes committed by the People’s Republic of China in Ukraine and around the world, and we stand against the occupation regime in Hong Kong — a known ally of the Kremlin’s war machine. Our work includes organizing protests, exhibitions, educational events, and advocacy campaigns.
Since its inception, FHKC has operated under constant pressure from the Chinese Embassy in Ukraine and PRC propaganda. At the same time, it enjoys strong support from Ukrainian civil society and principled public officials. We consider this contrast a clear marker of the project’s effectiveness.
FHKC also contributes to fundraising efforts in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since 2022, the initiative has helped raise nearly 700,000 UAH to meet military needs.
Hong Kong is not China. Glory to Hong Kong!
